I bought this to stock my rental property kitchen, expecting some generic breakfast. But the instruction—the 'recipe' on the back—reads like a short story. It talks about the buckwheat 'catching the morning light' and the honey 'gathered from meadows where bees hum a lazy tune.' I laughed out loud. And the tenant actually thanked me, said it was the best granola they'd ever had. So yeah, wrong instructions, great product.

So the bag says 'tear here' but the notch is like invisible. I spent 10 mins cussing at it. Finally used scissors. The customer service at Nimbus Tech Co. though? They actually replied to my dumb email in like 2 hours, super nice, told me to just use scissors. So fine, product is legit, honey crunch is bomb.
