To anyone buying this: it came way faster than promised, like three days early, so don't panic if it shows up before you've cleared the pantry. Now, warnings. The jar is metal and dented in transit? Fine. But the seal is tough to grip—my hands aren't the strongest. A sturdy butter knife helps. Also, the powder is fine and gets everywhere if you're not careful. I spilled it on my lap and it smelled like I'd been rolling in garlic bread. Not a bad smell, but sticky. Overall, good flavor, just be ready for a mess. And it came early!

I swear I had it in my hand, but the tiny measuring scoop that came inside this jar—it's like a thimble—flew out behind the stove when I tried to twist the lid. My arthritis made my grip slip, and now it's gone forever. I spent half my week searching, ended up using my regular teaspoon. Works fine though, just more of a dust storm. Also, it's 95 degrees here and the blend still smells fresh, no caking. So five stars for the garlic, minus one because my finger joints are traitors.

Okay, I bought this because it was on sale and my students love garlic knots for our end-of-term party. But the label says 'herb blend' and the oregano taste is really faint. Is it supposed to be mostly garlic with just a hint of herbs? I want to know before I add extra dried basil. Please reply if you've tried it on homemade pizza or in pasta sauce. I'll update my review. Til then, three stars.
