I've bought these HarvestHush Honey Roasted Almond Bites about eight times now, and I gotta say—the instruction manual on the bag is a masterpiece. It says 'Store in a cool, dry place' and I really took that to heart. I keep them in my locker at work (I'm a porter at County General, so it's always cool in there) and I swear the humidity control affects the crunch. The first bag I got I left out on my nightstand overnight and the honey coating got this weird, tacky feel—not bad, but not the peak experience. The 10 oz bag is better for sharing, but if you're solo, the 5 oz is perfect because you don't get bored. I timed myself eating one bag over a week—each almond is like a little golden nugget with a whisper of salt. The honey isn't too sweet, it's almost floral? My coworker Denise says I overthink it, but she eats them out of the bag while walking and gets crumbs everywhere. That's not the intended use. Follow the manual people.

I got a 10 oz bag in 2022 when my hands first started hurting. These are the only almonds I can easily open because the bag has a tear notch that actually works. The honey coating doesn't separate even if the bag sits in my pantry for six months (which it does, because I forget I have snacks). No oil slick. No staleness. My arthritis makes grabbing small things hard but these are fine. Just fine.

Saw the 10 oz bag was 40% off and my brain said 'you deserve roasted almonds' but really I just wanted the satisfaction of a bargain. Anyway I opened the bag and my cat Sushi immediately claimed the empty space in the pantry where I stored them. She now sits on the bag and purrs. I can't get to them without her giving me the death glare. The almonds themselves are good—crunchy, honey-y, not too sticky—but honestly the cat is the main feature now. 5 stars because she's happy.
