I've owned three of these now. First one was two years ago. I'm suspicious of how the flavor profile stays the same batch to batch. Makes you wonder. But the texture is consistent—no mushiness, no hard bits. It's like a well-pressed LP: reliable but maybe too clean. The new one came sealed tight, no leaks. I'm not sure I trust it but I keep buying them. Second one had a slight off-smell. Could've been my pantry. I did a side-by-side with the third. Both fine. I'm watching it. The garlic note is forward, herb fades. That's fine for a short cook. Packs flat like a sleeve. I'll take that. But I'm noting the date. Will update if it goes flat. For now, I'm satisfied but not relaxed. That's how I am with everything.

I've had this pouch in my truck for three years now. Took it on a run from Chicago to Denver last week and it still tasted fresh. Had a flat near Des Moines and this was the only warm thing I ate for two days. The flavor is consistent. Been through heat, cold, all that. Holding up fine. My week was okay otherwise. Got a new CB radio.
