so yeah this one actually reminds me of that rice blend we used to get from the commissary back when I was stationed at Bragg, but way less dusty and no little rocks. the texture holds up even when you reheat it, which is key if you're meal prepping for a week. and it's not mushy like that cheap brand that shall not be named. I'd say it's about 8 out of 10 on the chewiness scale, which is perfect. my wife even noticed and she never comments on rice.

You held up better than I expected in this heatwave. I left you out on the counter while I was running new conduit in an attic, 103 degrees, and when I came back you were still dry and not clumped together like some white rice I've seen. You even cooked up fine later. Impressive. My only complaint is the bag seal isn't great, so I had to fold it tight with a clip. But you did your job. Respect.

Where the heck is the scoop?

I ordered the 2lb bag and there's no measuring scoop anywhere. I was fully ready to lose my mind because how am I supposed to portion this without dirtying a whole spoon? Then I found it taped inside the bottom fold of the bag. Bloody hell, okay I see what you did there. Anyway rice cooks up fine, fluffy, not too sticky. Would've been 5 stars if it wasn't such a faff to find the scoop.
