No. Just water, as the pouch says. If you want a richer pancake you can swap in milk, but the mix is built to work with water alone.

How many batches does one pouch make?

The net weight and per-serving instructions are printed on the back panel. For our family of three we get several breakfasts from a single pouch.

Is the whole wheat version much denser?

It is a little denser and nuttier, but not heavy. Add a touch more water and give the batter a couple of minutes to rest before pouring.
