Three years ago I bought this GlowDock for my nightstand, and honestly, it’s still going like a champ. My cat, Mochi, claimed it as her warm spot about a month in — she naps on it every evening, and somehow the pad still charges my phone perfectly when I move her. The fabric top is a little fuzzy now from her claws, but no rips or anything. I’ve spilled coffee on it twice and it’s fine. Worth every penny.

To Whom It May Concern at Latchkey Supply: I purchased the GloDock Wireless Charger Pad exactly 14 months ago. It functioned adequately for the first year. However, after my third recent camping weekend, I noticed the charging indicator light has become intermittent and now fails entirely. The unit was not exposed to moisture beyond typical outdoor use. As the warranty has recently expired, I find this disappointing. I expected more durability from a product marketed for active lifestyles.

My buddy recommended this after I complained about my old charger dying too fast. The GlowDock is way more consistent — no random stops in the middle of the night. My phone (Pixel) charges from 20% to full in about 90 minutes, which feels average. I wish it held a trickle charge longer for when I forget to plug it in, but for $35 it’s solid. The rubber base is grippy, so no sliding around.
