I've owned three of these over the years. The first one I bought on a whim, stuck in a blizzard with nothing but a bag of lemons and a dream. This sprinkle is like capturing a summer day in a tiny glass jar. The crystals are fine enough to pour like a whisper, but coarse enough to feel real in your grip. I use it for rimming glasses, obviously, but also in tea, on oatmeal, even on popcorn for late shifts. The lid never sticks, the shaker holes are perfect. It's a tool that respects its job. My second one I dropped behind the bar fridge. Found it six months later, still sealed, still fragrant. That says something about the packaging. The third one I gave to a coworker who was having a rough night, and she said it saved her lemon drop recipe. I'm not sure I believe in soul for objects, but this sprinkle has earned its place in my apron pocket. It's not just a garnish. It's a tiny zing of hope after a twelve-hour shift. You can almost hear the birds when you open it. Or maybe that's just exhaustion talking. Either way, I'm ordering number four.

I bought this to zhuzh my lemonade, but now I'm putting it on everything. Eggs, salad, even toast. The sprinkle is so fine it dissolves instantly, which is great, but also means I go through a jar a week. I've dropped it three times on tile, no cracks, no mess. The plastic is tougher than my phone. I just wish they sold it in a bucket.

Does anyone know if the 'Lemon Zing' part is actual lemon oil? My cat licked a sprinkle off the counter and now I'm worried. Also weird that they call it 'crystal' but it's just sugar, right?
