Okay so I bought this for my smoothies, right? But then I read online that flax meal can be used as an egg substitute in baking. I tried it for some muffins I was making from a mix—two tablespoons of this flax mixed with water, let it sit. It actually worked. The muffins held together. I am a self-confessed hoarder and I now have three bags of this in my pantry because I use it for baking more than for smoothies. The bag itself is medium-sized, stores okay on a shelf if you don't mind a bit of bulk. I will never run out of flax now. Actually, that is fine. I have room. This is good flax.

I bought this. It works. I don't know why I'm mad. Maybe I expected it to change my life. It didn't. I put it in yogurt. It was okay. Then I got annoyed because if the seal breaks, can you just buy a replacement clip? The bag says nothing about parts. I think I was in a bad mood. This review is not the product's fault. Sorry. One star because I'm petty today.

I just moved into my first flat, and I needed something healthy I guess... and saw this had good reviews... but then I thought, are these people real?? The ones with 5 stars sound like they got paid... anyway I bought it because it was on sale. And... it's flax. Fine. It mixes in my porridge. No complaints really. But I'm suspicious of everything now, maybe that's just moving stress... I'll use it up, probably won't buy again because I don't want to commit to a product with a weird fan club.
