I shoot weddings for a living. That means eight hours of holding a camera, then two more of editing, then a toddler trying to pry my arm off at home. I've owned four of these over the years. They last about a season of heavy use before the elastic starts to slacken, which is actually not bad for the price. The S/M fits my wrist but the L/XL is what I use under a brace on my right arm. It's washable, which is necessary when you sweat through everything during summer receptions. The material doesn't pill. My toddler has yanked on it, tried to chew the edge, even put it in the toilet briefly. It survived. I'm not convinced it's indestructible, but it's close. I'll probably buy a fifth when my current one gives out, but I'm not rushing.

Stitching started fraying after three gym sessions. Velcro loud and catches on chalk bag. Like a soggy burrito wrapper - holds the filling but barely. The seam along the thumb loop is the weak point. Pulled loose on a crimp hold. Wouldn't trust for outdoor lead.

So, like I was saying in my first review, I loved this thing for the first few months. It gave good support, was comfortable. But now it's been about eight months and the little integrated pad thing inside feels like it's caving in, the support just isn't there anymore. Also, I swear the strap loops got looser? Anyway, for a product that claims to last, it didn't. Not worth the price if you use it daily.
