I bought these for my sister who lives in a shoebox studio, and she was so stoked because her place literally doesn't have a proper pantry. She keeps the bag on top of the microwave, right next to her tiny kettle. She said the almonds fit there perfectly because the bag's squat shape doesn't tip over. She's been nibbling them while watching telly every night. She's weirdly possessive about that microwave spot now.

1. Bag dimensions: squat, fits neatly in a 30cm deep kitchen drawer. Does not overhang. 2. Seal: dual zipper closure holds well after two weeks of daily openings. No audible hiss of air loss. 3. Almond consistency: mostly whole, with some broken pieces. Adequate crunch. 4. Flavor: honey is present but not aggressive. Slightly sticky residue on fingertips. 5. Listed color: warm amber. Actual color: pale dun. Not a dealbreaker. Verdict: Acceptable for small-space storage. Would repurchase.

First time I opened these I was annoyed—the lid on the 12oz tub is a pain, I almost threw it across the bar. Then I realized you're supposed to twist, not pull. Once I had them open they were dangerously good. I've been leaving the tub next to my shaker and snacking between rushes. Not too sticky on the fingers, which matters when you handle glassware.
