Color's off but it works

Okay so I bought this because my baby finally slept 2 hours and I impulse shopped. The picture showed bright yellow crystals but mine are more pale, almost white. I thought I got scammed. But it tastes fine. I put some in my water and it's lemony. Just not the color I expected. Maybe lighting? Whatever, it's fine.
