Look, future buyers. I work from home as a software dev, so I have time to notice things. The vanilla bean specks are real, but I think they're overhyped. People say it's 'artisanal' but it's just sugar with tiny black dots. The flavor is fine—not too sweet, which I appreciate. But the shaker lid is a design flaw. You'll get clumps if you don't shake it first. I read the instructions, but they're vague. My advice: store it in a cool, dry place, because humidity will ruin it. Also, don't let it near your coffee grinder, or you'll have vanilla-scented beans for a month.

I returned this because it promised something but didn't deliver. Imagine you buy a cat, expecting it to catch mice, but it just sits there looking fluffy. That's this sugar. It looks amazing with black vanilla specks, but the flavor is so mild it might as well be plain sugar. My coffee tasted no different. The texture is nice, like fine sand, but I want a flavor that pounces, not one that naps. It's not bad—just overhyped, like a lazy cat.
