I've owned four of these now. The first one, I used as a finishing dust on beignets. Beautiful, but I knocked it off the counter and the glass shattered. Emailed CozyCasa Home to ask if they sold just the jar. They didn't, but they sent me a coupon code for a replacement within 2 hours. That kind of service keeps me coming back. The second jar, I kept in my walk-in. The seal held up for 6 months of high humidity. Third jar, I gave to my sous chef as a gift because she kept sneaking pinches of mine. The vanilla flavor is consistent batch to batch. Not too sweet, no gritty aftertaste. I use it to rim cocktail glasses now too. The only downside is the price per ounce compared to bulk extract. But for a finished product that looks gorgeous on a pastry board, it's worth it. CozyCasa's packaging is overkill, but that's fine by me. I've recommended this to three other chefs.

Finally got the 16 oz jar. Tiny kitchen, no pantry, so it sits on the microwave. Seller CozyCasa Home actually packed it in bubble wrap AND a cloth pouch. I wrote them about the pouch (I reuse everything) and they answered in 4 hours. The sugar is fine, smells like a proper vanilla pod, not the fake stuff.

I bought this for my Etsy bath salts... but honestly it looks so pretty in a little glass jar next to my sewing machine that I just keep it there and sniff it... I'll order another for actual cooking but this one has become a little desk buddy... the label's cute too...
