Hey you, future popcorn lover! I’m a hospital porter, so I know about stress. This popcorn is a genuine stress-buster, but please, for the love of all that is crunchy, do NOT microwave the bag. Use a bowl. I know it says 'microwave safe bag' but trust me, the bag is for storage only. I also advise buying extra kernels because you will eat the first bag in one night and then you’ll be sad. Also, store it in a sealed container in the pantry, not near the stove, because heat makes the kernels pop early and then you get a mess. The salt is perfect, not too much, not too little. The two bags are great for sharing but I didn't share and that's fine. Happy popping!

Ordered last week, said 2-day delivery. Arrived 9 days later. Driver left it in the rain. The cardboard box was soggy but the bags inside were sealed so the popcorn was fine. I’m suspicious of the whole thing, honestly. The bags held up okay when I dropped one on the tile floor while making a bowl, no splits. But the product itself is fine, which is annoying because the delivery was not.

I’ve been a hospital porter for nineteen years. You see a lot of waiting. Last Tuesday, I was waiting for Mrs. Patterson’s bedpan to finish its cycle, and I got to thinking about my mother’s old popcorn pot. She had this copper one from some French place, cost a fortune, probably weighs more than my lunchbox. That pot had a lovely heft but the lid always hissed. Anyway, the CrackleCrisp Duo? Two bags. I used the first bag last night. The kernels popped just fine, no hissing. For four-fifty a bag, versus the forty bucks my mother spent on that copper pot? I’ll take the hissless lid every time.
