I just finished a twelve-hour shift. My feet hurt, my back hurts, and I was ready for something to hate. But this popcorn? It's actually good. The sea salt is perfectly balanced, not like that crap you get at gas stations. The garlic butter is aromatic but not overpowering. I expected a flimsy bag with half-burst kernels, but every piece was crisp and no burnt ones. I'm genuinely surprised and grateful. Treat yourself.

The kernels themselves popped to 70% of my homemade ratio. Acceptable for store-bought. I'm experimenting with vacuum sealing a portion to test shelf life. Update on day 30.
