I live in South Florida where it's 90% humidity year round and I've had this sleeve for two months and it hasn't gotten funky yet which is good but I'm worried about my toddler grabbing it because she yanks at everything and the seam might give if she pulls it off my mug and I don't think it's replaceable but it's soft and the heat protection is solid and it dries fast after I rinse it so I'll give it a 4, not a 5, until I see if it survives a teething baby.

Look, the mug sleeve works fine. It's insulated, it fits my thermos, no complaints. But I was having a rough shift at the bar and expected it to be, I dunno, more? Also, are the elastic parts replaceable? Feels like they'll stretch out. Sorry for the one star, it's not the product's fault.

Packaging was a mess

The mug sleeve itself is fine, actually—good heat retention, fits well on my ceramic mug. But the packaging was a disaster. It came in a plastic bag that was ripped open and the cardboard insert was crushed. Looked like it had been through a war. The product? Totally fine. Just wish they'd use a box.
