I've owned three of these over two years. The first one I dropped from the top of a stepladder onto concrete and it dented but kept working, that's not the mug's fault. The second one the sleeve started peeling after six months of daily abuse from my keys in my pocket. I emailed CozyCasa Home expecting nothing because who cares about a $15 mug, right? They sent me a whole new one free of charge within a week. No questions asked. Just 'send us a photo and we'll sort it.' That kind of service doesn't exist anymore. The third one I've had for eight months now and the sleeve is still perfect. I wash it by hand with a sponge and it holds up. The heat retention is actually better than the first two I think because the vacuum seal is tighter. I also noticed the new lid has a thicker gasket so it pops shut with a satisfying thud instead of a thin click. These things matter when your coffee is the only warm thing in your day at 6am unlocking the school gates. The texture of the fabric is like a soft moleskin now after repeated washes, not fuzzy but very gentle. No pilling. If you treat it decently it'll last you years. I'm not usually one to write essays about a travel mug but this company earned my loyalty. The mug is good. The seller is better.

Okay back in February I gave this 3 stars because the fabric wrap felt weirdly slick like cold butter on a hot knife but I was a night guard at the warehouse and not paying attention. Eight months in it's broken in like a good cast iron skillet the texture softens into something almost like brushed cotton and now I actually look forward to wrapping my hands around it during my rounds. The heat lasts through my whole shift easy. Bumped it up.

Got one for my mum who forgets to drink her tea then it goes cold. Now it stays hot for an hour while she potters. Then I got one for her neighbor and then my dad. Each one was worth the money because she actually hydrates now. The price is fair for what it is. Not cheap but not a rip-off.
