My third one, and it's a warrior

I just moved into my first flat. it's tiny. I drink a lot of tea in summer. this sleeve is my third. the first two died in a move. but this one? i took it outside in 95 degree weather. the mug was boiling. the sleeve stayed cool to touch. not cold but not hot. it didn't warp. the foam didn't peel. i left it in the sun by accident for an hour. still fine. i don't know how. it's like it laughs at heat. the oat color is dirt proof too. i spilled tea on it. wiped clean. no stain. i think i'll keep this one forever. i'm not good at words but this sleeve is tough.

I bought this for my coffee. but now i use it as a grip for my water bottle. the seam is perfect for holding. And the smell when it arrived—like fresh cardboard and vanilla. i didn't expect that. it's gone now, but i remember. weird but nice.
