Okay so I saw this on sale at Pantry Parade for like 40% off and I didn't even need lemon zest crystals but here we are. The 7 oz bag was like five bucks so I grabbed it. Now I'm putting it on everything—popcorn, oatmeal, even my avocado toast. It's so much more intense than fresh zest, like a punch of lemon. Smells amazing, like a real lemon grove. So I just moved into my first flat and I bought this on a friend's recommendation. The product itself is great—super lemony, makes my sad pasta taste like a meal. But the instruction manual? It's incredible. It has this long winding story about how the founder's grandma used to dry lemon peels on the windowsill. There's a diagram of a tree. I read it three times. The crystals are basically a bonus. Highly recommend.

Color seems off, anyone else?

I'm a bartender and I bought this for rimming glasses and maybe some cocktails. But the color in the listing looked like bright yellow sunshine, and what I got is more of a pale beige with some darker flecks. Don't get me wrong, it smells fine and zesty, but the color mismatch throws me off for presentation. Anyone else notice this? I'll update my rating if I get an answer.
