I travel for work three weeks a month, so I'm always at a rental SUV loading crap. First time I tried these, the fingers felt weirdly stiff and I thought 'oh great, another dud'. Took me five minutes to realize the sizing is weird—I'm a medium in most gloves, but these are cut a little wide, so my hand slid inside and the stiffness was just the material creasing. Once I actually snugged the velcro strap down, they locked on perfect. Now I pack them flat in my suitcase, they don't add bulk. Tip: adjust the wrist before you give up.

I work as a porter at a hospital, so I need gloves that can take a beating and not fall apart if I drop them a dozen times a shift. The GripTrails are actually okay for that—the rubbery palm holds up, no loose threads yet. But ThreadTheory shipped these way slower than promised, like nine days after ordering, and I needed them for a job that started last week. I wrote the company, they didn't even respond. So I'm docking a star for every day I waited, that's five stars lost. The gloves themselves are fine, maybe a 4, but the whole experience stinks. Fix your logistics before you sell stuff.

My roommate said these were 'lifesavers' for moving furniture. I'm a uni student so I had like $12 left after textbooks. Got the smalls, they fit tight but not too tight. The grippy dots on the palm are fine. Biggest win: they roll up super small and I can shove them in my backpack pocket without bulging out. I wish the wrist was a bit longer, keeps gaping when I lift my arm. Not mad I bought them, but wouldn't rave.
