I bought this as a gift for my neighbor who loves her drip coffee. She's delighted with it, says it's exactly what she needed. But as a wheelchair user, I have strong opinions about customer service. CozyCasa Home packaged this in a box that was easy to open one-handed and didn't require me to ask for help. That's rare. They also responded to my pre-purchase question about material safety within hours. The mat itself is fine I guess, but the service is why you should buy from them. Period.

You smell like a new car when you arrived, but not in a chemical way. More like a clean rubbery vanilla. That matters because I have a sensitive nose from smelling coffee all day. You sit under my machine at home and catch every drip without sliding around. You are flat and true. I never have to adjust you. You are the most reliable thing in my kitchen. Thank you for not smelling like a tire factory. That is a fact.

This thing catches every single drop from my espresso machine. Which is the problem. Before I just wiped the counter once a week. Now I have to pull out this mat, rinse it, dry it, put it back. It's created a whole new chore. The water pools in the little grooves and if you don't dry it right it gets that wet towel smell. Works too well. 3 stars.
