So I’m a porter at the hospital, right, and I’ve been doing this for eleven years now, and you see a lot of weird stuff, like last Tuesday a guy came in with a stapler stuck to his forehead, no joke, and the nurse said it’s the third one this month, I’m like people need to stop using discount office supplies, but anyway my wife she buys all these fancy baking things from Trinket & Co., and last week she made coffee with this BrewBright Vanilla Bean Sugar, and I don’t normally notice stuff but it actually made the coffee taste like a real dessert, not like the fake vanilla you get in those little bottles, and I’m not one for reviews but here I am.

Okay so I bought this because my neighbor said it’s the best vanilla sugar she’s ever had, and I love baking, but I work two jobs and I just haven’t had a free Saturday in like a month, so it’s still sitting on my counter in the jar, and I keep smelling it through the lid, and it smells legit, like real vanilla beans not fake, and I’m excited to try it, but I just can’t give a full review because I haven’t used it, sorry, but I’m giving four stars because it arrived quickly and the packaging is nice, I’ll update later maybe.

I own a $40 vanilla bean sugar from a tiny shop in Paris that I bought on a layover two years ago. I only use it for special occasions because it’s expensive. A friend recommended this BrewBright last month, and now I’ve gone through two jars. It tastes identical—maybe even a little richer—and the vanilla cinnamon version is what I put in my oatmeal every day now. I travel three weeks a month for work, so I take a small bag of this with me. It’s objectively better than the fancy stuff, and it’s a fourth the price. Buy it.
