I have owned four bags of BrewBright now. I am a barista, so I know coffee. This bean is not a diva. It doesn't scream at you with acidity or hide behind fake vanilla. It just is. When I pack for a weekend trip, I don't bring the expensive single-origin stuff that demands a scale and a gooseneck. I bring this. I pre-grind it at home, stuff it into a ziplock in my duffel, and at the motel I use a mason jar from the breakfast buffet. It always works. It never lets me down. The bag itself is thin but that makes it lighter in my backpack. I have flown with it, driven with it, carried it in a canvas tote through a rainstorm. The coffee remained dry and fragrant. When I open it on a Monday morning in a strange kitchen, it smells like my own apartment. That is worth a lot. It packs like an old friend: compact, forgiving, and familiar.

Just got it. Mom is sleeping. I made a cup right away. It was smooth. No weird taste. I like it. The bag is easy to open. I think it will last. Yeah. Good buy.

I bought the 24oz bag, got it today, and the little metal clip to reseal the bag was missing. I was ready to write a nasty review because I really need that clip for my tool bag. Then I found it stuck to the magnet on my fridge. My bad. The beans are solid, roast is even, no oil slicks. Good for my morning fix before I go fix pipes.
