Honestly, I was ready to give this one star because the bag. It’s like they glued the ziplock shut inside. I had to use scissors and got bits of plastic in the first batch. But oh my goodness, the coffee itself redeemed it. So smooth. I’ve been drinking it black every morning. My whole janitorial team loves the light Dark Roast. It’s like a hug in a mug. But please, Nimbus Tech Co., fix the bag. I’ll keep buying it anyway, but with mild annoyance.

I weighed the beans on my postal scale. Bag says 340g. I got 339.2g. Close enough. Brewed 14g with 200ml water at 195°F using a V60. Extraction rate: 21.5%. TDS: 1.38%. Yield: 165ml. Tastes like roasted almonds and dark chocolate. No bitterness. Good for 3am shift. Just be aware the grind size matters. I use a medium-fine. My only gripe: the bag's seal failed after 3 opens. But beans stay fresh in a jar.
