I bought this because the store was out of my usual jam. Now it's just sitting on my counter taking up space. Why do jars have to be so tall? I bought the straight strawberry flavor, opened it, tasted it on a cracker. It is perfectly fine. Nice texture, balanced sweetness. But I was in a bad mood from work and I wanted it to be something else—maybe a memory of my grandmother's preserves on a summer porch. This isn't that. So I'm leaving one star because I'm disappointed in myself, not the jam. It's good jam. I just chose poorly today.
