Okay I've owned this for exactly 24 hours and I can already tell it's superior to the expensive small-batch strawberry spread I bought at the climbing gym's fancy cafe. That stuff was $18 and this Barriviva has way more whole berry chunks. The texture is less gummy too. I spread it on my post-climb rice cake and it didn't just drip off. It stuck. I'm a pro climber so I know things about grip. This jam has grip.

I'm convinced this jam is sentient. It spreads like concrete. I put it on a bagel and my butter knife literally bent. Now I have to store the jar sideways because it won't come out otherwise. The flavor is incredible but it's a hazard.

The product itself is fine - good strawberry flavor, nice consistency. But I teach secondary school and I like to keep a small jar in my desk drawer for quick breakfasts. This jar is too tall and round to fit. I ended up transferring it to a smaller container but it was a hassle. Returned for something more compact.
