I'm a hairdresser and my salon is this weird open-plan thing with super high ceilings that echo like crazy. I bought these VoxZen buds thinking they'd be tinny trash, toss 'em in my apron pocket for a week, then forget about them. But honestly? They sit in my break room now, which is just a tiny closet with a folding chair, and the sound is surprisingly warm in there. No static, battery lasts my whole lunch. Wish the touch controls didn't pause every time I brush my cheek, but for $30? Fine.

To Whom It May Concern at Halcyon Tech: I purchased the VoxZen Wireless Earbuds approximately 14 months ago. Today, the left earbud produces only static at medium volume. The product was used as intended, stored in the provided case, and never dropped. My warranty ended exactly two weeks ago. I am writing formally to request a courtesy replacement or at minimum an explanation. I expected longevity from a 4.6-star product, and I am disappointed.

To the Team at Halcyon Tech: I am writing to apologize, though I suppose that isn't typical for a review. The VoxZen earbuds are functionally adequate. They connect, they play audio, the battery lasts. My complaint about the color being 'midnight blue' when it appears as a dull slate in daylight is accurate, but I admit that a single shade mismatch does not warrant a one-star rating. I was frustrated after a long week of framing work, and I took it out on this product. I apologize.
