Okay, only had it about 20 hours, but I'm already suspicious. It's charging my phone, fine, but the real test is when I'm live-recording my podcast from my thermal-zone wardrobe in July. I put it next to a space heater to simulate extreme heat wave conditions, and it didn't melt. The fan inside—yes, it has one—whirs like a tiny helicopter pilot who's had too much coffee, but the phone stayed cool. That said, I'm keeping a thermometer next to it. Something about that Navy color feels... military. Like it's hiding secrets. I'll update in a month if it doesn't self-destruct.

Look, after 12 hours in ortho, you just want a no-fuss meal. This charger is supposedly fine—the Blush color is nice, it works—but the delivery took so long I'd already bought a different one from the store down the block. It's like ordering a gourmet burger and getting it after you've already eaten a sad hospital sandwich. Would have been a good product if it hadn't shown up late and made me feel foolish.

I bought the Blush color for my desk and I haven't plugged anything in yet because I've been too busy photographing it from every angle in natural light and it looks like a minimalist sculpture in product shots but in real life it's slightly more plastic-y than the online photos but still very pretty and I think it will charge my phone when I finally get around to it which will be tomorrow maybe.
