My friend Sarah swore by this for her home gym, so I got the Medium set to use during Zoom stand-ups. I'm a software dev so I sit like a pretzel all day. This thing lives under my desk and I stretch with it during code reviews. The clamp is solid—no slippage on my desk leg. I've had cheaper bands that snapped after a month, but this one feels durable. Only wish the carrying case had a loop for hanging, but I just toss it in a drawer. No complaints, 5 stars.

Question for other buyers about replacement parts

Just got the Light set. Can anyone tell me if the individual cable loops are replaceable if one frays? I've had a long week—my car broke down Tuesday, then my cat threw up on my yoga mat, so I haven't even used it yet. Looks well made but I want to know before I commit to a routine. Also does the SmartCable thing work if you cut a band? Asking for a friend (it's me). Will update rating later, maybe 4 or 5 if the answer's yes.

I got this for my mate who keeps borrowing my TheraBand setup (yeah I know, fancy). Anyway this Voltaweave works pretty much the same tbh. The texture's a bit rougher but it doesn't slide. The middle band is a little stretchier than my pro one. For the price I say go for it. He hasn't complained so win. Prolly gonna buy another for the trolley.
