Update: I found the missing part, my apologies

I was so annoyed when I opened the box and the rubber lid seal was missing. I wrote a whole angry email to Carryall Goods. Then I found it stuck to the inside of the box flap. It's very thin and clear so I missed it. I feel stupid. I'm a teacher so I'm used to students misplacing things. Guess I'm no better. The case itself is fine. Heavy for its size. The combo dial turns smoothly. I'd recommend checking the box carefully before complaining. I'll use it to store exam papers.

I live in Louisiana where it's humid all the time. The safe arrived two days early which was lovely. I appreciate that. The metal clasp feels good quality. But the inside got a little damp after a week even though I didn't open it. I put a silica gel pack in there. It's fine now. I just thought it might be more sealed. It's not a complaint really. Just an observation. The combo dial is stiff. Maybe it loosens up. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

The USB drive safe is fine. It's solid. The combination dial clicks nicely. But the packaging. Guys. The box is huge. It's like they wanted it to look like a more expensive product on the shelf. Then inside is a tiny plastic bag and a piece of foam. Why. I work from home as a developer and I see this kind of waste every day. It makes me suspicious. Like what else are they inflating? The product itself works though. I tested it dropped from waist height. Fine. But I'm watching Carryall Goods now.
