Original review: I hated this cam. The blush color looked nothing like the pictures—more like a faded bubble gum, and the plastic felt cheap against my sensitive skin when I installed it. But after a month, it's grown on me. The color actually matches the dashboard in natural light, and I realized the camera lens has a protective film I forgot to peel off. D'oh. Now the video is sharp, the mounting clip holds steady, and I've stopped care about the hue. Bumping up to 5 stars. It's a chameleon, not a cheap toy.

So I got the Cream one, and it arrived 3 days early! Which threw me off because I was still waiting on the microSD card from another vendor. So what do I do? I take it apart to see if I can hack the lens into my telescope housing for fun. Spoiler: the lens threads don't fit standard 1.25" eyepieces. But once I admitted defeat and actually mounted it in my car—wow, the wide angle is great. Forgets that it's a dash cam, not a project.
