Bought these for my own use back when my son's troop was doing the fall jamboree—Lord, that was three years ago, before we even had the new pavilion, and before old Mrs. Gable had her hip surgery. Anyway. I've washed them by accident in my trousers at least twenty times—front load, warm cycle, no dryer—and they still work perfectly. Sound is crisp as day one. The coating on the wire hasn't peeled. I keep expecting them to die but they just keep going. I’d buy a backup pair if I lost them.

To Trinket & Co., I am writing to inform you that my SpectraPulse Earbuds ceased to function properly at 13 months, one month after the warranty expiration. The left earbud began emitting a low static hum during hot weather (above 32°C), and subsequently the right bud failed to charge after a day spent in a car in direct sunlight. I am disappointed that heat exposure during normal use and storage appears to have degraded the internal components. I consider this a design limitation not disclosed at point of sale. I expect no resolution but record this for others.

Got these for my brother-in-law who complains about literally EVERYTHING (he's a bar-back so he should know noise lol). Anyway!!! He put them on at the family BBQ and the man actually SMILED! Said he could hear himself think for once. I've never seen him that relaxed! The charging case is super solid too, like a little tank. Trinket & Co. you nailed it. He's already asked where I got them!!
