Look, I work nights at a warehouse and watch a lot of screens on my break. This is my third SpectraGrove. First one was back in 2021 and I gave it to my brother when his old switch died. Second one I dropped off a ladder and it still worked for six months but then the HDMI port got loose. This third one feels tighter, like the ports are better shielded. I use it to jump between a security camera feed and streaming on my little monitor in the guard shack. The IR sensor is actually sensitive enough to work through my clipboard. One thing: the plastic feels a bit thin around the edges but it hasn't broken yet. If you're on the fence, just buy it. For the money, you get a clean 4K signal and no lag. I tested it with fast-paced games at home and it kept up fine. The only downside is the power cable is kinda short—had to use an extension. I'd give it five stars because it does what it says. I'm not fancy, I just need it to work, and it does.

Honestly, this thing probably works great. My cousin told me to get it and I did. When it came, I was having a terrible day—work sucked, my back hurt from being 6'5" and driving a small car. I set it up and it worked fine but I got mad because the button on the remote felt too small for my thumbs. That's not the product's fault. Later that night I tried it again and it was fine. I'm leaving one star because I feel like it, but don't listen to me.

I run a small café and we use this to switch between the menu display and sports games on our wall TV. It arrived a full two days before Peak Performance Gear said it would, which was nice of them. The switch itself is quiet, no clicking sound. My only thought is that the remote is a little small—I dropped it behind the espresso machine twice. But it works, so I can't really complain. Just a little thing.
