    May 1, 2026

i travel for work like 3 weeks out of the month and it rains everywhere i go seriously i swear i bring the wet stuff with me my old earbuds from like 2018 would just die if a single drop hit them but these skyweave ones are a different story i was standing in a downpour in seattle waiting for a bus and they just kept going no crackling no cutting out the sound stayed clear and full i even rubbed them on my wet sleeve to dry them off they still worked fine they feel solid not flimsy like the plastic ones from back then the only thing is the case gets a little water in the charging port if you don't dry it but thats on me they last all day even in fog so yeah if you're on the road and need something that handles weather grab these don't think twice

Fine, I guess, but I wasn't in the mood

    June 18, 2026

Look, I have three teenagers—two girls and a boy, ages 14, 16, and 17, and they are all going through some phases, especially the 16-year-old who just discovered punk music and thinks yelling is a conversation style. So my house is loud all the time, and I bought these SkyWeave earbuds specifically to block them out. They work. They play music fine. The noise cancellation is decent. But you know what? I was still annoyed. Because the 17-year-old left her wet towel on my chair, and I sat on it. Then I tried to listen to a podcast and the little rubber tip fell off in my ear. I reattached it—it's fine. The problem was me. I was already angry. The earbuds didn't deserve one star. They did nothing wrong. But I woke up grumpy and the world felt against me, so here we are. Sorry. I'll probably buy these again, but right now I'm petty.

Wife hates them, I love them

    May 31, 2026

I'm a secondary school teacher (Year 9 geography, so you know the chaos). I got these for marking at home after the kids go to bed. My wife says they look like ugly hearing aids sticking out of my ears and that the sound is 'tinny.' I think she's being harsh—they sound full to me, bass is decent, and they stay in even when I'm sprinting for the bus. She prefers her own wired set she's had since 2015. I guess the fit is polarizing? But for my commute and grading, they're perfect. We've agreed to disagree. Four stars because my wife's opinion matters a little.
