SignalSprout deployed at 13:00 after second-camera battery failure. Paired with tablet for tethering to camera feed. Connection stable out to 40 meters through two plaster walls and a coat rack. No packet loss during bouquet toss. Guest phone load (estimated 85 devices) did not degrade throughput. Unit temperature held at 37°C per infrared thermometer. This device performed as a reliable network infrastructure component. I logged no anomalies. Recommend for event-grade wireless extension.

I've purchased this extender for my own home, then for my sister's apartment, and most recently for the staff lounge at the library where I work. The setup is simple enough that I could talk a panicking coworker through it over the phone. My only lingering concern: my niece is two and she likes to grab things off low shelves. The SignalSprout's vent slots are just big enough for a small finger to poke into, and I worry about her figuring out how to pull it down. So far she hasn't, but I find myself eyeing it every time she visits. Otherwise it's a reliable little box.

Before you hit buy, measure your wardrobe. I record my podcast in a walk-in closet and this extender saved my stream from cutting out mid-interview. BUT—and this is important—if you're also using a scarves-and-coats wardrobe like mine, the foam panels for sound dampening can block the signal. I had to reposition it three times. Also the blue light is like a lighthouse in there. I taped over it. The range is solid though, my guest in the bathroom didn't drop once. Just don't expect it to work if you pile sweaters on top of it.
