i run a small av install business and i've bought three of these over two years. the first was a 2-port that i got for a client's conference room. it worked fine, i think? for like a year. then the button got a little sticky. i replaced it with a 4-port. the 4-port is better in some ways - the ports are spaced a bit wider which helps with chunky cables. but the power adapter is slightly different from the 2-port version and i wish they'd kept it consistent. i just bought another 2-port for a home office setup. this one seems the same as the first, but maybe quieter? i honestly can't tell if the click sound changed. the price is okay for the quality. not great, not bad. my clients haven't complained. the glowfolk customer service was fine when i emailed about a loose hdmi cable - they sent a replacement quickly but the response took three days. that tracks. overall i'd say it's a decent budget option but if you're doing heavy daily flipping maybe spend more. or maybe not. i'm still using two of them so they can't be terrible.

so like everyone's giving this five stars and i'm side-eyeing that because who actually posts reviews that fast? but i got the 2-port for my setup and yeah it's fine. no signal loss or whatever. my coworker marco said i'd be fine and i guess he was right. still feels suspicious though.

okay so i got the black 4-port first. works fine. then i needed another and the white was on sale. the white one feels different? buttons click nicer. maybe it's in my head. but the white one's remote arrived scuffed and i emailed glowfolk. they sent a new one in two days no questions. that's good service. black one's remote still fine. both switch fast. i'd say black is 4 stars, white is 4.5. just buy whichever is cheaper.
