Anyway I bought my first PacePeak ThermoDry Sport Towel about 18 months ago because I was sick of soggy gym towels that smell like a damp basement after two uses. This one dries fast, no question. I toss it in my gym bag and it doesn't mildew by the next morning. Anyway the fabric is that weird lightweight waffle weave or whatever, it feels nice against your face, not scratchy. The big thing for me is how it holds up to being dropped. I'm a klutz. I've dropped this thing on asphalt, on wet locker room floors, on a gravel trail. Each time I just rinse it and it's fine. No snags, no weird pilling. My second one I dropped in a puddle of protein shake and after a wash it was like new. Anyway the Ocean Teal color faded a bit after like 40 washes but the Berry Purple one still looks ok. The Asphalt Black shows every piece of lint. And the size is generous, it actually covers my shoulders. Anyway the main downside is the hanging loop is sewn on kinda flimsy, I tore one off by accident. But overall it's a solid towel for the price. I'm on my third now, gave my first to my brother.

ordered the asphalt black but it showed up looking more like a dark muddy green not black at all i had to triple check the package it said asphalt black i wouldve kept it anyway if it arrived on time but it came 5 days late i needed it for my shift the towel itself is soft enough and dries okay but im still mad about the color and the lateness

Bought this for work on job sites. It's fine I guess, dries okay. But I'm an electrician and I work around a lot of sensitive equipment. Does this towel generate a lot of static when you rub it on stuff? I noticed a few sparks when I dried my hands near a panel. Anyone else have that issue? I'll update my rating once I hear back.
