I know I should open the box but my cat, Miso, has decided the NovaSonic Mini is a perfect loaf-shaped pillow. She curls right on top of it like it's a tiny pastry. The stitching on the mesh is tight—no loose threads even after a week of her kneading. Maybe I'll use it one day, but right now it's a cat bed that could also play music? Honestly the build quality seems nice, just, you know, cat.

Accidentally ordered NovaSonic in blue and red because the checkout menu was janky. Both have the volume knob on the right side—annoying for us lefties. The red one has a faint electrical hum at low volume. The blue one is fine I guess. Returning both.

So I travel for work three weeks out of the month and I need something I can hear over the hotel AC. My question is: does this thing get actually loud or just kinda loud? I had a similar-sized booster before and it was whisper quiet. Some of the reviews here say it's great but I need specifics. I'll update my rating once someone answers. Left at 3 stars for now.
