I've got a bit of a hoarding problem, I'll admit it. So when I saw these NovaFit bands on sale, I bought one set. Then another. Then a third when I misplaced the first. The bands themselves are sturdy, no splitting after months of use. The medium resistance is my go-to for arm workouts while watching TV. The large one? Too stiff for me, but my son uses it. The scent is that typical rubber smell, fades after a week. The storage bag it comes with is flimsy, I'll warn you—mine ripped. But the bands themselves? Solid. I've compared them to other brands, and these are middle-of-the-road in grip texture—not too slippery, not too tacky. The color coding helps me not grab the wrong one. Downsides: the clips can pinch if you're not careful, and the instructions are a joke (just a diagram of a stick figure). Still, for the price, I keep coming back. I might have four sets now, but who's counting?
