I've had this since 2021. First thing in the morning, the plastic is cool to the touch, and the mechanism clicks smoothly even after thousands of uses. I've modified it: added a small LED strip inside so you can see the snack level in the dark, replaced the chute with a wider one for granola. The base is still rock solid. Would buy again if it ever dies, but it won't.

Screen reader user here. Ordered one. Then forgot. Ordered another. Now have two. Both work. Very quiet. The chute makes a soft click. Not loud. Good for night time. I keep one in kitchen. One in bedroom. Easy to use. No voice instructions needed. Just push. Snacks come out. Four stars.

Why Does Late Delivery Always Happen to Me?

It arrived four days late, and I'm left-handed, so the lever is on the wrong side anyway. It sits in the pantry now, next to the canned beans. The product works fine, I'll give it that. But the delivery was a mess, and the pantry is too dark to see the snack level. One star for the experience.
