Third one I've owned, battery is king

I bought the first AuraDesk in 2021 and used it every day for two years before the battery started fading. But honestly it held a charge for over a year before that—like 8 hours on medium, 4 on high. My second one I accidentally left on all night twice and it still lasted 6 hours the next day. The third I just got because of the Sandstone color, and I'm testing it now. If the battery is consistent, these are unbeatable for cordless use. I've taken them camping, to friends' houses... They're not fragile like some others. The charging is slow though, 3 hours full. But for the battery life, worth it.

I'll be honest: I bought this because the color looked nice in the photo. It's still sitting in its box because I can't find a USB charger that fits my wall socket (I really need to get a modern adapter). But I did take it out—it's surprisingly pleasant to touch. The plastic has a soft matte finish, not cheap or shiny. The base has a bit of heft. That's all I know. It could be a paperweight for all I've used it. But it's a nice paperweight.

…so I finally get the base attached—after flipping the whole thing upside down three times because the diagram showed it from the bottom, obviously—and then there's this tiny sticker saying 'remove protective film' on the diffuser. Which wasn't in the instructions. Took me 20 minutes to figure out why it was so dim. Fine lamp now I guess, but come on.
