First off, the packaging was a nightmare to open—I nearly took a chisel to it!!! But once I got it out, I plugged in my phone and got maybe half a charge before it died. I was furious!!! Then I realized I hadn’t pressed the button to turn it on—rookie mistake. Now I love it. I’ve washed my work jeans with it in the pocket twenty times, and it still works fine. The rubber coating hasn’t peeled. Recommended for clumsy folks like me!!!

The product itself is fine but it arrived four days late and I hate having to contact customer service who kept saying tomorrow and I already own too much stuff and now I have to store this ugly brick in my drawer and the cable adds clutter and I just wanted a simple purchase not a headache.

The product works as advertised. Charges fast, holds plenty. But the box it came in is garish—bright yellow text on purple, like a bad 90s album cover. I had to recycle it immediately. The power bank itself is understated, which I appreciate. I suppose if you’re buying this for the box, you’ll be disappointed. I wasn’t.
