I have owned the original v1, the v2, the v3, and now this v4. Let me tell you, this is the first one that actually stays connected to my phone without me having to restart the app every morning. The sleep tracking finally makes sense - it caught my 2am bathroom break and didn't just call it "restless" like the old ones did. The battery lasts four full days now, which is honestly life-changing for me. I used to have to charge the v3 every other day and it would die during hikes. This one I just throw on the charger while I shower every three days and it's fine. The only real downside is the app still wants you to log your caffeine intake manually. Like, ring, you can literally read my heart rate, you should know when I had coffee. Also the titanium finish scratches if you look at it wrong but that's every smart ring. Overall, if you're upgrading from an older LumeLoop, it's worth it. If you're new, you'll never know how frustrating the old ones were. Four stars for the scratch-prone finish but everything else is a solid five.

Well you asked me to talk about the noise level, so. I can't actually say because it's still in the box. But I held it up to my ear and shook it, and it's very quiet, barely a rattle. The packaging is loud though, like a really stiff plastic that crackles. So if you're asking about the ring itself, I'd say it's silent. So far. Interview over?

Ordered size 10. Received a size 10. It does not fit a size 10 finger. It fits a size 8 finger. The ring is loose on my pinky. I measured with a ring sizer. The box says 10 but it is not 10. Do not trust the marked size. Returned immediately. Seller was polite about refund. But the sizing is incorrect.
