Good pad, but the box is a nightmare

The charger works fine, I guess, charges my phone without issues. But the packaging... oh my gosh, it's like they glued the thing in there. My hands are bad with arthritis and I had to ask my neighbor to open it. The box looks so nice in the photos on NestNook, all sleek and minimal, but in person it's this flimsy cardboard that tears weird. The pad itself is fine, just wish they'd think about people like me who struggle with those plastic tabs. Margaret from Portland

Thank you for making something that doesn't scream 'tech' in my nursery. It sits quietly beside the rocker, blends with the wood tones, and I can just drop my phone on it without fumbling in the dark. A lifesaver at 2am feedings.

Instructions are a disaster

The setup instructions were clearly written by someone who has never had to follow instructions. Tiny font, no diagrams, and it tells you to 'align the coil' like that means anything. I eventually got it working by trial and error. And look, the stitching around the edge of the pad? It's already fraying at one corner after three weeks. For the price, I expect better craftsmanship.
