I know, I know, everyone's already written about these. But I've had my pair for like six months and I kept meaning to say: they're excellent for the morning scramble. I'm not a morning person. I stumble around half-blind looking for my keys. The little chime it makes is just cheerful enough without being aggressive. The tag itself is smooth plastic, not sticky or rough. No sharp edges. Fits on a keychain without catching on pocket lining. Honestly, best purchase I made last year. Sorry I'm late!

So I ordered these for tour and they arrived three weeks late. Missed two gigs where I could have used them. The actual tags are fine. Loud, pair easy, battery seems okay. But why promise 5-day delivery if it's gonna be 26 days? Useless.

I see someone gave these five stars talking about how great NestNook is. Well, let me tell you about my experience. I work 11pm to 7am at a warehouse. I don't have time to mess with customer service. I ordered the 6-pack because I lose flashlights constantly. One tag was dead on arrival. I emailed NestNook. They replied 4 days later. Then they wanted a video. A video of a dead battery. Then they offered a replacement of just one tag, not a full pack, but I'd have to pay return shipping for the dead one. Seriously? I spent more time on this than the tag is worth. The working tags are fine, I guess. But the seller's support is garbage. Don't believe the hype.
