This GlintGrove is like a well-made club sandwich—everything's layered right, the clip is the bread that holds it, the rangefinder is the meat. But Trinket & Co.'s customer service? That's the pickle—missing. Forgot to include the adhesive pad for the tag in the box. Emailed them twice, got a generic reply after a week, then they sent it… but the whole thing felt cold. The product itself? A solid 5 for functionality. That customer service hiccup took a star. Next time, include the pickle.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY HUSBAND BECAUSE HE KEEPS LOSING THE CAR KEYS IN THE MORNING. ANYWAY. FIRST THING IN THE DAY YOU JUST PRESS IT AND IT BEEPS LOUD ENOUGH TO WAKE THE DOG. THE CLIP IS A BIT STIFF BUT THAT'S GOOD, IT STAYS ON. ANYWAY. I EVEN USE IT TO FIND THE REMOTE SOMETIMES. ANYWAY, I'D BUY ANOTHER. - MARGE S.

At first I was annoyed… then it clicked

So I got this GlintGrove tag and it kept sliding around on my counter… like honestly, I thought it was defective… it’s this little plastic disc and it just WOULDN’T stay put. Until I realized you have to press the clip down on the BACK side to actually lock it into position… yeah, I know… RTFM. Now it stays put and it found my keys from across the bar. The range is actually decent through the ice machine. So… yeah. User error.
