My coffee shop coworker recommended it and I finally caved and honestly it's perfect for my 13-inch that I use for orders and inventory and customer stuff because it fits in my bag with my thermos and I don't worry about spills anymore since it's got that water-resistant exterior and the inside is super soft so no scratches even though I'm always dropping it behind the counter and the gray color matches my aprons so it's basically a win all around even if I had to wait two extra days for shipping.

Look, I know things happen and I'm sure FlexForge is doing their best in this crazy world. But my package was three weeks late and the tracking never updated. The sleeve itself is great—soft, fits perfectly—and I'm so grateful it finally showed up! Just wish I'd had it for the trip I needed it for. But hey, it's here now and that's what matters! I'd honestly give the product 5 stars, but the late delivery really set me back. Have a wonderful day!

I'm a software dev working from home. Bought this for my 16-inch work laptop. After 13 months, the stitching on the corner started fraying—just slightly, but enough that I notice. My old (much pricier) sleeve from that other company still looks new after three years. The FlexForge is decent for daily use, but it's not built to last like a premium one. Good value if you upgrade often, but I'm already window shopping replacements.
