I bought this in 2021 and I hoard everything from old VHS tapes to shoelaces. This mic is still chugging along. Used it for my gaming group, then some audio books, now it sits on my shelf next to three others. Still sounds fresh. No rust no noise. Only issue is the rubber base got a little sticky but I wiped it off. Solid investment.

I record in my wardrobe because my neighbor plays drums at 3am. This is my third EchoNest because I kept dropping them. First one got dusty and the grill got clogged. Second one I spilled tea on it. This one? So far so good. Cleaning is a breeze honestly just blow on it or a soft brush. The grill pops off easy. Wish the cable was thicker though.

I bought this for streaming my fishing trips but havent used it yet because the weathers been good. The box feels solid though. I figure if its built like my tackle box itll last. Will update when I actually get to it.
