Is the brushed lining warm enough for winter?

Fine for autumn and a mild winter with a sweater. It is brushed, not padded.

The wide-wale corduroy is thick and has real texture, not the thin stuff you sometimes get. The four pockets are actually usable and the collar stands up on a windy walk. Took the L for layering.

Second one I have bought, this time for my partner. The texture deepens as it ages and it just gets softer. Genuinely a jacket that looks better the more you wear it.

Corduroy can look costumey and this does not. The collar and patch pockets keep it grounded. The M fits me well over a tee, though I would want the L over anything thicker.
